JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia, May 1 // -- Not all Saudi men are male chauvinist pigs. Susie has spent more than 30 years with her Saudi husband. But many Saudi men have the mentality that women should be kept uneducated, barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. Saudi women can be restricted from working, attending school, and traveling, unless they have the permission of their male guardian. In their efforts to keep women "protected" and hidden away, Susie has come to feel that women are sadly Saudi Arabia's biggest untapped natural resource.
