MaiMai News - MIAMI, FL, February 12, 2007 - The Internet so much to so many and increasingly a source of anger and frustration. Nightly there is some story about how someone made millions online, and how we can do just the same. When searching for information, people are met with everything from sales pitches to outright scams.
"I had spent over $5,000 on courses that promised me the world," said Christopher Bennett, a 52-year old from Kendall, Florida. "My wife finally threatened to leave me if I didn't stop."
Chris discovered that he was one of many people that had fallen into the trap he found himself in. People that are getting older are increasingly turning to the internet to try to make some extra money to store away for the non-earning years.
"The internet can be a savage place." Chris went on to say, "I wasn't raised with iPods, Blackberries and all of that. I felt victimized." Luckily Chris's wife came to the rescue. "My Dad was a local politician so I know a lie when I see one," said Laura, Chris's wife of 18 years. "I found something that seems to be working."
Chris is far from being alone in his struggles, although now he is Blogging about his online activites, he says, "I just hope I can help someone avoid what I had to go through."
