Kathy Nilsson Reports, Fargo Team is Network Marketing's Top Training and Support Team

I can call, email or IM any of my up line team members at any time. They get back to me promptly and will answers all my questions. When you are building your own business in Network Marketing, the most important decision you make, of course, is which company to partner with. The second most important decision you make is which team within that company you choose to be placed into.

Usually, most people don't think about the team. They join under the distributor who introduced them to the company. It is only after they join the team that they realize just how important the Team (or up line) is. They will either be guided, taught, and built by their up line or they will sit and do nothing because they have no support or training.
