The First Annual Muizenberg Community Festival Becomes A Reality. In Proud Partnership With The Cape Town Festival - One City, Many Cultures Initiative.

    MaiMai News - CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA, March 28, 2008 - The festival will be held at the Muizenberg Pavilion grounds on 29 March 2008 from 10H00 till 18H00.

The festival will provide a cultural platform for the diverse community of Muizenberg
and the greater ward 64, showcasing a range of incredible artists from this area,
who excel in media ranging from Poetry, Theatre, Dance, Music, Visual Art and Crafts.

In keeping with the vision of 'One City, Many Cultures', the festival will:

� Promote cultural diversity
� Promote tolerance through the arts
� Develop environmental awareness
� Create a safe and secure family entertainment event
